Aline Milfort,PsyD is a Licensed School Psychologist in Texas and earned her doctorate in School Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Her license authorizes her to practice school psychology within K-12 educational settings.
At Moore Mental Health, she serves as a psychometrist and assists with the administration and scoring of psychological evaluations under the supervision of Dr. Melissa Moore, Licensed Psychologist.
Dr. Milfort has experience conducting comprehensive evaluations, providing school-based counseling services, and consulting with educators and families to support student success across culturally and economically diverse populations.
Professional Interests
Dr. Milfort is passionate about supporting culturally diverse and underserved communities in developing tools to flourish. Her professional interests include working with adolescents, women, and families navigating life transitions, anxiety, grief, self-esteem challenges, depression, and trauma.
She is particularly interested in supporting religious leaders experiencing burnout, stress, and emotional strain, with an emphasis on holistic wellness and balance. Her approach is integrative and humanistic, drawing from evidence-based practices to promote resilience, empowerment, and personal growth.
More About Me:
I am a Haitian-American and bilingual in English and Haitian Creole. I was born and raised inSouth Florida. My favorite personal activities include trying new restaurants and coffee shops,taking nature walks, ATV riding, volunteering within the community, attending church, andrelaxing at home. Additionally, I am the Co-Founder and Director of Marketing for the BlackSchool Psychologists Network, Inc. (BSPN). BSPN is an organization aimed to increase therecruitment and retention of Black School Psychologists through support and encouragement.The organization provides tools to become more culturally responsive and resources to enhancethe work and well-being of school psychologists and graduate students nationwide.
