Interests:
I believe healing happens when we feel truly understood—emotionally, relationally, and at times, spiritually.
My work focuses on supporting women who are experiencing depression, emotional heaviness, or a sense of feeling disconnected from themselves, their purpose, or their inner life. Many of the women I work with are high-functioning on the outside while quietly feeling overwhelmed, numb, or exhausted on the inside.
I offer a thoughtful, compassionate space to slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and begin making sense of patterns that no longer serve you.
I feel very committed to helping others thrive and meet their life goals. The more others meet their goals, the more inspired I feel in my own life.
More about me:
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I’m a Christian woman who enjoys serving God and His people. In addition, I’m an avid reader and animal lover so in my spare time, I can be found at a nearby tea or coffee shop reading, or somewhere trying to help or save an animal!
I knew in Kindergarten that I would spend my life helping others when I was selected for our Hall of Fame and was asked the infamous question, “what do you want to be when you grow up?” At that moment, I felt my desire to be in the healthcare field. That desire has only grown stronger every year since then.
Therapeutic Approach
My approach to therapy is reflective and depth-oriented. Rather than focusing only on symptom management, we work to understand the emotional roots of what you’re experiencing and how your inner world, relationships, and values intersect.
For many clients, spirituality or faith is an important part of how they make meaning of their lives. I am comfortable integrating spiritual or Christian perspectives into therapy when it is meaningful and desired by the client. At the same time, I welcome women from all belief systems who feel aligned with a holistic, values-centered approach to healing.
Therapy with me is collaborative, gentle, and intentional. I believe meaningful change happens when insight, emotional safety, and self-compassion come together.
