Before joining Moore Mental Health, Bonni built a robust career managing healthcare revenue cycles. Her extensive background includes serving as a Medical Billing Director and Director of Operations, where she successfully led billing departments, optimized operational strategies, and ensured strict regulatory compliance. She also spent years as a Claims Analyst, sharpening her sharp attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Outside of managing accounts receivable and resolving complex insurance bottlenecks, Bonni is a published children's book author who loves using storytelling to connect with and inspire young minds. When she isn't writing or streamlining billing workflows, she enjoys spending lots of quality time with her beloved dog, Finnegan.
