Dr. Aldra S. Forrester is a Licensed Psychologist with Provisional Status. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Florida School for Professional Psychology. Dr. Forrester has experience conducting psychological evaluations (ADHD, LD, personality) and providing therapy (individual, couples, group) for children to adults in various therapeutic settings.

Dr. Forrester believes mental wellness is important for all individuals to shift from surviving to thriving. One of her career goals is to assist in dispelling the stigma of mental health in underserved and marginalized communities. She is passionate about empowering individuals to be their authentic self to create the life desired; Dr. Forrester facilitates this transition by providing guidance, comfort, and hope through life’s ups-and-downs.
Dr. Forrester’s therapy specialties include diversity and inclusion, spirituality and faith processing, transitional concerns, interpersonal challenges, self-worth development, personal strengths training, and mindfulness. My approach to working with clients is individualized (there is no one size fits all) to collaboratively achieve your treatment goals.
